Aleesha Young has established herself as a leading female professional bodybuilder during the latter half of 2010s. Aleesha, born in 1984, comes from an athletic family. The father and her siblings were ice hockey players, while her father was into bodybuilding. Aleesha has played many sports such as basketball, soccer and softball. The pro license was obtained by Aleesha after she won NPC USA Championships. She started competing in 2008. In 2014 she also competed in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and finished 9th. The finish she achieved was 9th in 2015. Aleesha qualified for her first IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in the years 2015 and 2016. Aleesha improved and eventually be the first professional competitor when she won Chicago Pro Championships. Bodybuilder Aleesha had the best show at WOS's Rising Phoenix competition, and came 4th in the year 2020. But the "World's toughest mom" needed to take a break due to health issues.
